I LOVE YOUR BLOG!!!! I am a recovering bulimic and anorexic. Everyday is a struggle but sites like yours help take the pressure off. You approach food and fitness in a healthy manner and encourage others to do so as well without forcing it down their throat. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Skipping meals IS unhealthy and counter productive. Fat ISN’T always unhealthy. And everyone deserves some beer or wine without any guilt. Again, thank you.
