I recently started running (late October) and just finished my first half marathon but now I can’t seem to get motivated again! Any suggestions!!
I alternate between outdoors and indoors to help me when I am not motivated! Or I will do interval training to mix it up. Ten minutes on the treadmill and then pick 3-5 work outs to do (squats, abs, knee highs, jump ropes, push ups) and then repeat that 3 times! Breaking it up helps a lot if you are not wanting to run for a long time!
