new balance 20 minimus trail

I find my new balance 20 minimus trail shoes to be so amazing for running! They are so comfy and light weight.  I cross train, run, walk,etc in them.  One thing I wouldn’t recommend is hiking in them! The rocks were pretty sharp through these bad boys! But I work out in them 5-7 days a week and have yet to get one blister! I usually have loads of blisters from my previous shoes!

My favorite work out of all time is to go snowboarding! It is seriously so much fun and you burn massive amounts of calories.  Me and my girlfriends went the other weekend and burned 1,800 calories from about 7 runs total!
